It is very important that you read and understand all of the steps below if you wish to utilise this method of payment.
Overview:
- Internode send bills on either a monthly or quarterly billing cycle. The quarterly billing cycle is no longer available to new customers, but continues to be supported for existing customers.
- If you are paying by credit card and wish to avoid the credit card surcharge fees by paying via another method, follow the instructions below:
Instructions:
- Set up automatic Credit Card payments:
- If you are already paying monthly via automatic credit card payment, leave this arrangement in place.
- If you are not already paying monthly via automatic credit card payment, change over to this method online- note you will need to provide valid credit card details.
- Pay the full amount due, before the credit card payment date, using another method:
- Each Internode bill specifies the date on which Internode will use your credit card to pay that bill.
- All you need to do is pay that amount by any other payment method, such that the money reaches Internode before the date noted on your bill.
- Make sure that Internode receive your full payment before your credit card payment date:
- If Internode has received your payment before the credit card payment date noted on your bill , then no funds will be taken from your credit card (and hence no surcharge will apply).
- If you do not pay the full amount due to Internode via your chosen payment method before the credit card payment date on your bill, the payment will be made from your credit card automatically (with the appropriate credit card transaction fee applying to this payment).
